Forgiveness => Happiness
Anyone (intelligent) who has ever lived with other people knows that people make mistakes and sometimes hurt you and/or others. And if you ever want to live happily with them, whether they be family or roommates, forgiveness has to be given freely and sincerely. Just think of all the dumb and mean things you and your siblings did to each other; if you've forgiven each other then you are probably good friends now, but if you've held onto a grudge then you are probably on unfriendly terms with them.
I'm glad that even after all the things my older brothers did to me and everything I did back to them, we have forgiven and forgotten and are great friends today. Okay, confession time. :) My best friend growing up was my next-door neighbor and we were tighter than brothers. But our friendship would've dissolved quicker than a sugar cube in a horse's mouth if we didn't forgive each other ... a lot. We fought a fair amount, one time I even shot him with an arrow (I was young and stupid, OK!?!) but the very next day we forgave and forgot and played.
I hope we can all remember this key to happiness and be man or woman enough to use it.
